I live in Alabama (US). I still can't understand how this was an "accident". Middle of the day? couldn't hear the oncoming train? Physically, if "Troy" was throwing stones at an east-bound train, would he not have been facing the west? In addition, I am concerned for the conductors of Via Rail #73. I would like to speak to them to discuss this. This is the most tragic thing to happen in my life.
